By registering an account or accessing Level4v ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including organization administrators, drivers, and students.

Level4v is a cloud-based driving school management platform that provides tools for managing students, drivers, car fleets, class schedules, attendance, license tracking, payments, feedback, holidays, and leave management. The Platform is provided free of charge to registered driving school organizations and their associated drivers and students.

Organizations must register with a valid name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Each organization account may onboard multiple drivers and students. Drivers and students access the Platform using credentials (PIN or password) issued through their registered organization. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

You may use Level4v solely for lawful purposes related to driving school management. You agree not to: • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Platform or any part of it. • Upload false, misleading, or harmful data into the system. • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its data. • Use the Platform for any purpose not related to legitimate driving school operations. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other organization's account or data.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Level4v (such as student records, course details, and payment information). By using the Platform, you grant Level4v a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the services described. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Student personal data (name, phone number, email) is stored securely and accessed only by authorized users of your organization. We are committed to protecting your data and may update our privacy practices as required by applicable law.

Level4v uses a one-time password (OTP) system for verifying class completion. Students generate OTPs that drivers enter to mark a class as complete. You acknowledge that misuse of the OTP system (e.g., sharing codes for unattended classes) constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

Level4v allows organizations to record and track payments made by students. The Platform may facilitate certain payment-related functions (such as handling charge collection) through third-party payment processors. Level4v is not a bank or financial institution and does not hold funds on your behalf. Any payment disputes between a student and an organization are to be resolved between those parties directly.

Level4v is provided free of charge to all registered organizations. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with reasonable prior notice; however, all core features currently available will remain free. No credit card or payment information is required to register or use the Platform.

All software, design, code, interfaces, logos, and branding associated with Level4v are the intellectual property of Level4v and its developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written permission.

Level4v is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or security vulnerabilities. We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level4v and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free users, is ₹0).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the Platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@level4v.com. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered organizations of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
