Level4v is 100% Free to Use

The Level4v platform has no subscription fees, no monthly charges, and no per-student costs. Since there are no charges for using the platform, no refunds are applicable for platform access. This policy only addresses any incidental handling charges that may arise for specific optional services.

1. Overview

Level4v is a completely free platform. There are no subscription fees, no monthly charges, no per-student fees, and no setup costs. Because the platform itself is free to use, there is generally no monetary transaction between users and Level4v that would require a refund.

2. Platform Subscription Fees

Level4v does not charge any fees for access to the platform or its features. All organization, driver, and student accounts are created and maintained at no cost. No refunds are applicable for platform access because no payments are ever collected for it.

3. Handling Charges (Applicable to Students)

Certain platform features — such as submission of documents for license-related processing — may involve nominal handling charges collected through a secure third-party payment gateway (such as Razorpay). These charges cover the operational costs of processing and are clearly disclosed before any payment is initiated. Handling charges are non-refundable once the processing has been initiated, except in the following circumstances: • The payment was debited but not confirmed (transaction failure after deduction). • A duplicate payment was made for the same service within 24 hours. • The service was not rendered due to a technical error on our end. In all eligible refund cases, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund as described in Section 3, please contact us at support@level4v.com with the following details: • Full name and registered email address • Transaction / Order ID • Date of transaction • Amount debited • Reason for refund request We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 additional business days.

5. Fees Paid Directly to Driving Schools

Level4v is a software platform that enables driving schools to manage their operations. Tuition fees, course fees, or any other payments made directly by students to their driving school (organization) are governed entirely by the terms agreed between the student and the school. Level4v is not a party to those financial transactions and has no responsibility or authority to process refunds for such payments. For fee-related disputes with your driving school, please contact the organization directly.

6. Government & License Fees

Level4v assists in tracking the license application journey but does not collect or process any government-mandated license fees (Learner License fees, Driving Test fees, etc.). Such fees are paid directly to the relevant government authorities. Level4v is not responsible for any refunds related to government or RTO fees.

7. Cancellation of Account

You may close your Level4v account at any time by contacting support@level4v.com. Since the platform is free, no prorated refunds or credits are applicable upon account cancellation. Any data associated with the account will be handled in accordance with our data retention and privacy practices described in the Terms & Conditions.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
